A blending of tastes, a blending of cultures. A good nip of whisky is carefully balanced with sweet balsamic dressing to give a beautifully smooth and mellow flavour of great depth.
Try with steaks, either as a marinade or after cooking, or serve with haggis, neeps and tatties for a contemporary twist on a traditional favourite.

There are some flavours that are subtle, but that’s because they work best as subtle. Like our Arran Malt or Whisky dressings. It’s there, it’s mellow, it’s beautiful and perfectly balanced, but you’re not drinking a shot of whisky, despite there being a good slug of Scotland’s finest in there.
