Serve with salad, or try with trout or salmon for a taste that really works. A little drizzled over fruit gives an intriguing flavour.
Strawberries taste great, but strawberry flavouring tastes like, well, strawberry flavouring. And don’t you just hate it when you try something that sounds great on the label, but when you taste it there is just a hint, almost, of the flavour, if you close your eyes and focus really hard. We use 25% pure, crushed fresh, in-season Scottish strawberries for a flavour which is truly delightful.
