This website, including any content and any usage by any person or organisation, are governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law. All contracts formed by usage of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland. All users agree to be bound by this clause as a condition of usage.
We reserve the right to change any of the contents of any part of this site, at any time and without notice. All content, including recipes and images other than stock images, is owned by Little Doone Foods Limited and may not be stored or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of Little Doone Foods Limited.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this website is correct, however we will not be liable for errors or omissions. We do not warranty that the site is free from the risk of viruses or other damage.
The prices displayed on the website are the prices that prevail at that point in time. However, in the unlikely event of an error being made in the prices displayed, we reserve the right to notify you of any variation before fulfilment of the order and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order or make up the difference.
Any offers we may display on our website or other information channels are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer. They will be for a defined period of time or limited by availability of offer stock on a first-come, first-served basis.
Carriage costs and delivery areas
The carriage costs displayed are valid for UK mainland only and exclude Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Orders are normally dispatched using courier or Royal Mail, and are subject to their terms and conditions, including timescales. Our carriage costs are subject to change or variation at any time and without notice.
Overseas carriage costs are available upon enquiry. For overseas orders, you are solely responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes levied in your country of residence.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery address details, including the correct name and address, including postcode. All orders will be sent to the name and address indicated within the order, unless specifically notified at the time of ordering. If our carriers are unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address details provided by you, you will be charged for the order in full.
On the occasion of there being no answer at the specified delivery address and no alternative delivery instructions, our courier will normally attempt to leave the order at a neighbouring address (at their discretion) unless specifically instructed not to do so at the time of ordering.
If the delivery company cannot deliver to your address and are unable to leave the delivery with a neighbouring address and there are no delivery instructions or safe place to leave the order, the delivery may be returned to the depot or a collection point, and you will become responsible for collection.
If at the time of ordering you request your order be left in a specific place and the carrier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of the order, it will be left at your own risk; we accept no liability for loss or damage.
Errors or Damages
If your order is incorrect or damaged, please notify us by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt and we will seek to rectify any errors or replace any damages.
