All our products are based on the award winning taste of the original sweet balsamic dressing.
This is used as the base, and then some tinkering takes place, a little of this, a bit more of
that, until the flavours are just right. No artificial flavours are added, giving exceptionally
pure tastes. No product is released for sale unless it has that magic that makes the
eyes light up, then you know it's good. Some of the combinations sound a little daring,
but then, that's half the fun. And they work! All our products are available in 250ml
plastic bottles, offering superb value for money, or in beautiful 200ml glass
presentation bottles, bearing the distinctive red wax seal and cork closure.

Original Sweet Balsamic Dressing* - The flavour of our balsamic dressing is firstly sweet and sharp, then opening up on the palate to a rich, mellow flavour of great depth. It can be used on its own, or blended with a fine olive oil. Having greater weight of consistency than a plain balsamic vinegar, the dressing 'holds' to a salad very well.

Chilli* - To our original dressing we add just a hint of chilli, giving a little kick at
the back of the taste. A firm favourite with our customers.

Orange Zest* - the newest in our range with the sharpness of orange zest
balanced against the sweetness of the balsamic dressing. The flavour of oranges is
warm and full of depth, without dominating the palate.

Strawberry* - We source the finest Scottish strawberries, clean them, crush them, and blend them with sweet balsamic dressing. With 25% pure fruit, the flavour is beautifully pure, an absolute delight.

Minted Strawberry* - This has perhaps the most intriguing flavour of all our products.
To the strawberry balsamic as above, we add just a hint of garden mint.
This sits at the front of the taste, followed by the strawberry, giving way to the
complexity of the balsamic. The flavour is fresh, and your taste buds are just
desperate for some more!

               Raspberry* - Once again, we take 25% pure crushed organic Scottish
                     raspberries, remove most of the seeds, and simply blend with sweet balsamic
                       dressing. The flavour is simply sublime!


Please note that as these products are made with fruit, availability is subject to seasonal change. Stocks are built up in season, but when these are finished they will not be available until the next season's harvest.
